Talent Atlas is compliant with applicable CCPA and GDPR regulations as a data processor and is committed to protect our customer’ data.
As a Data Processor, we have laid out our privacy commitments and the rights and obligations of our customers in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Further, as we protect our customers’ data and pursue SOC 2 certification, we provide:
- Audits of All Third Parties: We evaluate all Talent Radar partners for compliance with CCPA and GDPR regulations and demonstrated security of their systems and robustness of their processes and controls. These evaluations span corporate governance, access control, data redundancy/backup, and software architecture and development.
- Data Portability: Both CCPA and GDPR have requirements related to the portability of personal data. The data customers store with Talent Radar remains their own, and they are able to export and delete all data on demand.
- Support for Subject Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Other Requests: The CCPA and GDPR require data controllers/businesses to enable individuals to exercise various rights related to their personal data. These include the right to be informed, access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing. Talent Radar customers are provided with all of these rights within the Talent Radar service offering and in concert with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Regarding international transfers, in addition to the activities described above, Talent Radar is also in the process of certifying under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF).
